As with most Saturdays, I went out to dinner and drinks with my friend, M. We had pizza at an italian place right in Central called Ciak.

It was in the perfect location to where we really wanted to go. Sevva. It was this gorgeous bar on the 25th floor. It faces the harbor.

We ended up having two drinks while we sat there and talked. The first one was called “drama queen”. The second one was “kama sutra”.

M chose both drinks. The first one was really good. The second one was hard to drink because of the passionfruit. It was still good though fairly strong.

I’m so grateful for this person in my life. She has really kept me sane through so much. We have so much fun when we hang out together. I don’t have to censor myself around her. We are able to understand what we are both going through.

I feel like I say this every week. I suppose I do. It remains true though. This past almost 2 years have been more challenging than I had ever thought possible. I have experienced things I didn’t think were possible, thought things I didn’t think I would ever think, and done things I didn’t think I would ever do.

Next weekend, we are going to go shopping for Christmas decorations since we will not be traveling this year. I’m hoping to really Christmas the heck out of our flat to try to make things a bit easier to deal with.
